I am the youngest of six kids. I have two nieces and one niece/nephew on the way. I live in Illinois with my mom, my sister and my dog. My favorite childhood memories are from riding my bike to my grandma’s house to have tea parties with her. In high school I was in cheerleading, cross country and yearbook. I was also very active in my youth group from eighth grade through senior year going on various missions’ trips and retreats. I believe that God is preparing me for more involvment in the missions’ field and I’m excited to see his will unfold in my life. I am a sophomore at the King’s College in Manhattan where I am studying politics, philosophy and economics. I am on the executive team of the house of Queen Elizabeth 1 which is a group of college women who aspire to be strong women of courage and discernment, committed to following Christ’s lead. I am adventurous and I love to travel whenever I get the chance. I’ve traveled to Europe and am working on seeing more of the United States. I went on my first road trip over spring break to South Carolina. While I’m at college, I love to explore the city (New York). When we have a lot of studying to do, my friends and I like to find unique coffee shops to do our homework in. My favorite part of New York is the union square farmers market because there is such an eclectic group of farmers, bakers and artists. I enjoy playing Frisbee and shooting hoops. I also really like to play cards and I like to listen to my friends play the guitar or piano though I am not musically talented.
